Thank you for booking your travel with Dak Bam. We strive to provide you with the best travel experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when booking with us.

1. Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to kanhajitrips@gmail.com.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued based on the timing of the cancellation request as follows:
  • More than 30 days before the travel date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Less than 15 days before the travel date: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Dak Bam:

• If Dak Bam cancels your booking for any reason other than customer’s non-compliance with these terms or any force majeure events, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Changes to Booking:

• Customer-Initiated Changes: Any changes requested by the customer will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If changes are not possible and you decide to cancel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
• Dak Bam-Initiated Changes: If Dak Bam needs to make significant changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can choose to accept the changes, select an alternative tour, or cancel your booking for a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

• Certain services may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

5. Refund Process:

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

6. No-Show Policy:

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for cancellations made on or after the start date of the tour.

7. Force Majeure:

• Dak Bam is not liable for refunds in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or any other events beyond our control.
